Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Each piece is inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery within the United States takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
International shipping is coming soon.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered,” the carrier is responsible. If something goes wrong, contact us and we’ll help you communicate with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We can update the address if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once shipped, we can’t make changes.
