RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Truthwear™ by ColeField uses print-on-demand production. Every item is made specifically for your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.
Eligible Returns
We only accept returns or replacements if:
• The item arrived damaged
• The item arrived defective
• The item has a printing error
• You received the wrong item
Not Eligible for Return
• Wrong size ordered • Buyer’s remorse • Disliking the fit, color, or design • Ordering by mistake
Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer size exchanges or product swaps. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
How to Request a Replacement

Include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the issue (required by our production partner)
• A short description of the problem
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items once the issue is verified. Replacements are issued whenever possible. Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover all replacement costs. For non-qualifying returns, customers are responsible for shipping.
